Loru Rainforest Conservation Project
Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu. Protecting 293 ha of coastal rainforest, owned by the Serakar clan of eastern Santo. The project has reduced 2,442 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually since January 2013, and is certified to the Plan Vivo Carbon Standard. |
Babatana Rainforest Project
Choiseul, Solomon Islands. Grouped project commencing with Sirebe tribal land that protects 850 ha of rainforest. The project will reduce approximately 12,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year, growing to >40,000 tCO2/yr. To be certified to the Plan Vivo Standard. |
